Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For the item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.


Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it and notifying you whether or not the return and refund or exchange are approved.

If the refund is approved, we will process the refund of the total amount in a maximum of 10 days.

Late or lost refund 

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again and if you have not received it, talk to your bank so they can verify that there is no problem with your accounts.

Sale items may also be refunded unless that offer specifies that it is a non-refundable product.
